Anthony Jordan Goodloe
About Me
Anthony “A.J.” Goodloe is a graphic designer. Goodloe was born in Atlanta, GA. His interest in animation as a child would eventually lead to studying the arts for his professional career. Since the age of six, he was deeply involved in sports, writing workshops, and art classes. After taking graphic design courses for the first time his sophomore year in college, Goodloe began rigorous research and practice in design. Studying the works of Saul Bass and Paul Rand helped mold his style and approach to design.
Goodloe values balance and professionalism in his design work. His main focus is to communicate specific messages effectively and coherently through design. In early 2020, Goodloe received a paid internship as a designer for Cavender Creek Vineyards & Winery in Dahlonega, GA.
Goodloe has since worked in the medical and automotive industries. Over 10+ of his original creatives have been used for quarterly campaigns for numerous car dealerships. Goodloe continues to perfect his craft in graphic design, hoping his continued skill and experience will open doors to many opportunities for his career.

Artist Statement
Inspired by the Disney renaissance films such as Lion King and Tarzan to computer-animated classics to the likings of Toy Story and Shrek, A.J. Goodloe wants to create works that resonated with viewers like those films did for him. After a few years of drawing projects, Goodloe then would take that approach to graphic design. Goodloe balances his design work and illustrations to commentate on complex issues and makes visually effective work for clients. As a designer, he hopes to create works that engage, intrigue, and inspire viewers with his approach to design.
